Scrape down the sides of the processor with a spatula to ensure even blending.

At this point, you can adjust the consistency to your liking. For chunky peanut butter, pulse a few more times to leave larger peanut pieces. For smoother peanut butter, continue blending until desired consistency is reached.

Transfer the chunky peanut butter to a jar or airtight container, and store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
