  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro


Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together the smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.

In a large bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, and the spice mixture. Toss to coat.

Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
