Delectable Crab Rangoons

These delectable crab rangoons are perfect for any occasion, from parties to casual gatherings. They are filled with a creamy mixture of crab meat and cream cheese and are deep-fried to perfection, creating a crispy texture on the outside with a flavorful and savory filling on the inside.


  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup crab meat, cooked and shredded
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Sweet chili sauce or soy sauce for dipping


In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well mixed.

Lay a wonton wrapper on a clean surface, then spoon a small amount of the cream cheese mixture into the center of the wrapper.

Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold the wrapper diagonally, forming a triangle shape. Press the edges together to seal.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat until hot.

Fry the crab rangoons in batches until they are golden brown, approximately 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove the crab rangoons from the oil and drain them on a paper towel-lined plate.

Serve hot with sweet chili sauce or soy sauce for dipping.
