  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 large tortillas (whole wheat or your preferred variety)
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing (or your preferred dressing)
  • Optional toppings: sliced tomatoes, sliced red onions, chopped cilantro


Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper to make the seasoning blend.
Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, then generously sprinkle both sides with the seasoning blend.
Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the chicken breasts. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
Slice the grilled chicken into thin strips.
Warm the tortillas on a griddle or in a microwave for a few seconds to make them more pliable.

Roll up the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
