Ingredients

Instructions

In a blender or food processor, puree the strawberries until smooth.

In a medium saucepan, whisk together the water and honey over medium heat until the honey is dissolved.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the strawberry puree and lemon juice.

Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for 2-3 hours, or until firm but not completely frozen.

Transfer the partially frozen sorbet to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

Return the sorbet to the shallow dish and freeze for an additional 1-2 hours, or until completely frozen.

Let the sorbet sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
