Spaghetti Pie

Spaghetti pie is a hearty, comforting dish that is perfect for a family dinner. It features spaghetti noodles, ground beef, and a rich tomato sauce, all baked together with eggs and cheese to create a delicious and satisfying pie.


  • 1 pound spaghetti noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the spaghetti noodles according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion is translucent.

Add the crushed tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10-15 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and Parmesan cheese.
Add the cooked spaghetti noodles to the bowl and toss to coat with the egg mixture.

Pour the spaghetti mixture into a greased 9-inch (23 cm) pie dish.

Pour the tomato sauce over the spaghetti and spread it evenly.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Let the spaghetti pie cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
