  • 24 large white button mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture, mounding it slightly.
  4. In a shallow dish, place the breadcrumbs. Gently press the stuffed side of each mushroom into the breadcrumbs, coating the filling.
  5. Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
