  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and pepper, for taste


Preheat your oven to 350°F.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, mayonnaise, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, and dried basil.

Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
