Classic Bagels with Cream Cheese and Smoked Salmon

  • 4 plain bagels, sliced in half
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons capers (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill (optional)


Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Toast the bagels until lightly browned.

Spread a generous amount of cream cheese on each half of the bagel.

Arrange a few slices of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.

Sprinkle capers and chopped fresh dill on top of the smoked salmon, if using.
