Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin or rib eye, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.

Add the beef to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the beef and marinade, and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through and caramelized.
