Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • Ice

Instructions

In a blender, combine the pineapple, coconut milk, lime juice, grated ginger, and honey (if using). Blend until smooth.
